The Challenges of Your Staff Speaking in another Language

It seems that one of the greatest challenges to our partner groups is LANGUAGE. If international tourists visit your ecotourism site, then fluency in other languages is paramount! And, we find, often missing. Here is a unique and thoughtful approach from Brazil where a language school has partnered with a retirement home in the USA. Students practice their English; and the elderly have a chance to interact with someone during their day!  Click here to watch the video.
